Rights and Freedom

Every November, the National Children's Month Act, or Republic Act 10661, is observed to mark the 20 November 1989 adoption of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child. The First Day for Children. National Children's Month has its roots in Reverend Dr. Charles Leonard's creation of Children's Day. The United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child is ratified by the Philippines. Philippine President Benigno Aquino III officially declares November as National Children’s Month.

The universal human rights that apply to adults also apply to children and young people, together with additional rights that take into account their unique needs. Neither are children their parents' property, nor are they the hapless recipients of charity. Since they are people, they have rights that belong to them.

Every country on the earth is concerned about children's rights. Regardless of age, race, gender, household income, or place of birth, every child deserves the chance to not only survive but also thrive. However, abuse, exploitation, or enslavement rob millions of children of their fundamental rights and their childhoods. Children were abused, and the majority of them suffered from physical and verbal abuse, especially during the epidemic. Why is this celebration significant?

The month of November is recognized as National Children's Month according to Republic Act 10661. The goal of this month-long celebration of children is to raise awareness of the rights that every kid has to access to healthcare, education, and a safe environment. The youth of today suffered from abuse and exploitation. I think the celebration helps a child recover and supports the victims. Kids are encouraged to participate in the programs. Events are thrown at an orphanage. The intention behind it all was to help and make them happy. I admire how they gave this celebration some thought and worked to make it happen.

Rescue our dying planet

We're all trying to be more environmentally conscious these days. We only have one planet, and it is critical that we treat it as such. Helping the planet and reducing our impact are critical, but it's easy to feel lost and overwhelmed about where (and how) to begin.

There are numerous ways you can contribute to the fight against climate change. Some of them are large, while others are small. What matters is that you take action. Even if it seems like it won't make a difference, simply trying (and believing) is an attitude that will benefit both you and your community.

Here are some simple things I've done that I believe have contributed to the preservation and rescue of our dying planet. First and foremost, I practiced proper waste segregation. Discipline is required to avoid recklessly throwing trash everywhere. Second, I sweep and clean my surroundings on a regular basis. Third, I've been teaching my friends about the current state of our planet and what we can do to help. I have raised awareness among my peers in order to persuade them to care more about our home. I know my assistance was insufficient, but I'm still a teenager, and who knows what I'll be capable of when I can finally start earning money and influencing others.

Every little thing you do to help the planet counts!

Quarter 1: A Rollercoaster Ride

First quarter is full of excitement and learning. I had a great time in our ICT class, which had never been so boring. To Mrs. Evelyn Vera Cruz, thank you for your kindness and compassion toward us. I appreciate you sharing your expertise with us. A knowledge that I can apply in any situation now and in the future.

In the first quarter, we were introduced to the Internet. We learned about the Internet Timeline and the history of the internet in the 1960s, 1970s, 1980s, and 1990s. The Internet's definition, uses, the numerous internet service tools, its major components, data types, and a variety of other topics were also covered. We also write blogs, which I found enjoyable.

In the first three months, I encountered numerous difficulties. The quizzes come first. I occasionally have trouble remembering names and dates. Second, I occasionally don't understand the topic at hand.

This grading is outstanding for us. We put a lot of effort, tears, and sweat into our school performance. We tend to put so much effort, sacrifice, and responsibility into everything we do in order to achieve our goals before we finish our journey as Special Science Class. My first quarter adventure did not come without its ups and downs. I intend to improve my performance in the coming quarters. I'll also try harder to focus on my studies. I'll also work to better myself.

Nonetheless, I am eternally grateful to my classmates for their assistance with my assignments and requirements. We help each other through difficult times, and I admire them for it. Despite the stress, it feels surreal that I'm now socializing with them on a personal level. Not just a g-meet or a video call. Thank you for being considerate, too, to our teachers!

Second Parents

\

It's difficult to express my gratitude to you, Teachers. Putting my emotions into meaningful, deep, and unique words is difficult for me because I prefer actions over words. But today, I accept your challenge to write down my feelings, gratitude, happiness
and thoughts in a letter for you to read and feel how sincere I am. To begin, I'd like to express my heartfelt gratitude to all of the teachers out there. who consistently provides us with direction in all of our decisions. Throughout our journey, someone is pointing us in the right direction. A compass, a teacher, and a second parent.
Because this is my final year at JHS, I am grateful to all of you for being my teachers. I appreciate your time and effort in assisting us. I want to thank you all, and this isn't just a simple confession; it's a message from the bottom of my heart.

I've learned a lot, thanks to what you've taught us. They have all been a source of inspiration for me in my daily life. I hope you realize how important each lesson you teach us has played in shaping who we are today. We appreciate your constant guidance despite the fact that we are " nasusukir". I appreciate you assisting us in distinguishing between right and wrong. For allowing us to dream and fly like a kite. You inspired me to pursue my ambitions and goals.

I can imagine how difficult it must be to teach a large group of students at the same time. You then take your work home and grade papers to provide constructive feedback to your students. It's probably insufficient to simply say "thank you." How you teach. The knowledge you impart. The care you take. You are created by the affection you express.

I hope our letters touched your hearts. And I hope that our presence has made your Teacher's Day memorable. It is a day when you are the center of attention, and it is a day that you deserve to be happy.

Again, Happy Teacher's Day!
